You could do it for less then $800 without using that frame. Design your own frame and have someone weld it for you. I made my winch for $800 and I had it welded for me and bought bulletline which is expensive. |

frame - screen enclosure almunium, which I wouldnt use again
Spool - a scuba tank with the ends cut off and 1/4" aluminium sides
I pretty much found all the metal at a local recycling yard, all in all I think the metal cost me $20 _________________ Back from the dead |
