BWM are the dopest Support those dudes for sure. They make incredible skates. They have like a million different types of bi-levels. Crazy sha-it!!
I've ridden those skates above, and they are incredible. They are WAY lighter then they look and have a perfect concave. If you can bare the cost and want an awesome skate for shedding, GET ONE!!! BWM are the best hand-crafted skates on the market....IMO.
However, I would not ride it at the cable or on rails. I would just ride them for Soul sessions.
Incredible decks for sure, and good old Virgina boys.....

What are the prices on their wakeskates? They look insane (but of course, I mean insane in the best possible way ever). _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

ShoreDrive will have more up-to-date info, but last I remember, the conventional shape Cedar Wakeskate was upwards of 4 bills. Lots of manual labor went into that thing. It was a true work of art though.
It was strong too. Russell from the pics on their site was killing W2W tricks, as well as bigspins, shuvs, etc... and it was holding up great. _________________ Sattelyte Wakeskates

Raven, we got a board just for you and your birdman self, come to vb and do some product testing for us....
Esnow, I am going to leave the pricing up to Nate, but to have a completely custom board, with any special features, concaveyness, length for style, width for big ass feet like me, fancy tips, secret compartments, cb radio, the whole nine yards, be ready to spend 4-5 benjy's. Thats for the upper crust, i'll get back to you on the workin class models.
Cary, Are you ready for this summer, so much going?!!?!? Yeah, Russel was killing these boards and they kept on truckin, good times..
everybody come to VB...

Yes, I figured the boards would be pricey. But they really look amazing...so at some point, it would be cool to have one. For the time being, I would be interested in the "working class" pricing...I don't need a see-through window between my feet for my video i pod or anything (which I don't actually own).
Right, it doesn't need to be blue tooth compatible either. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |
