I'm personalizing my concave skate... i really liked the neon green like the 4-tracs.
and the black and red skate on this is dope i love that idea.
Im painting the top half the neon green, and the bottom half a real gloss black.. and my design is a heart grenade... its actually the Snowboard Company Grenade Gloves logo... I really liked it and i had a big sticker of it on my snowboard so I made the stencil.. and the granade will be neon green.. i tihnk it shoudl ook pretty slick _________________ Some People are alive only because it is illegal to kill them |

if it's getting covered with laquer then it doesn't matter as the paint won't be in contact with the water, as long as the laquer, or whatever protective coating is used, doesn't make the paint streak _________________ rideo risi risum

what i did when ever i made stencils was like find a picture of it and print it on paper and then cut that out the design leavin the paper still intact just missing the desig and from there trace it onto serial box cradboard caue its easier to work with using the paper as the guide and then cut out the design from there. Normal carboard doesnt work as well as the cerial box stuff. _________________ oh great now i have ink all over the screen |

You can also get a pretty decent sized stencil paper for like $1.99 at just about any craft store...That stuff works great....My brother and i paint shirts and other aritcles of clothing with them...they last for a real long time too....I agree on printing the graphic out on paper first though...Its just that if you use stencil paper then and an exacto knife then it eliminates the cutting of the paper you printed out. _________________ Grip it and Rip it! |

Check out www.emotto.com. There are a variety of stencils available. If there is enough interest from wakeskaters we can add new larger designs.
If you customize your board - post a pic in our custom board gallery. |
