yea crocs are the mean ones... they will f you up...

ski supreme - i might be wrong... i havent had 8th grade bioliogy in a few years... but i thought cold blooded animals could stand the cold and adapt to different tempratures... and warm blooded animals are affected by there surroundings... Poeple are warm blooded arnt they? and i hate that stupid choppy and esp cold lake...

who knows i could be wrong... any one want to give us a biology lesson???

Cause i think cold vs warm blooded might be on my algerbra final next week Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Cold blooded don't adapt. If it's a cold temperature they move slower. Eventually gators go into a kind of hibernation where their blood pumps so slow they can just chill for hours/days without eating. So yes, they can hang out in cold water, but they can't really do anything but chill and they'd eventually die. (i think)

Warm blooded animals maintain what's called homeostasis. It's just a controlled interior environment basically. If the temperature gets above or below the set temperature (our is 98.6) the body reacts and can sometimes die. (Ex. hyphothermia or hyperthermia.)

"Many times I've loved
Many times been bitten
Many times I've gazed
along the open road. "

-Yeah, the only things I've ever seen were water mocassins, but haven't really had any close encounters.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot, I was just hanging out at Padre a year or two ago, and a small stingray got me on my ankle.... worst pain ever, felt like a nail going through my achilles tendon.
