A shoe that is comfy to wear around like out of the water. Good luck with your company. Sounds like a great idea. |

I just wanted everyone to know that the site for Phibius is officially up. It is still under construction and needs some work but we wanted to give you all a taste of what is to come. The address is www.phibius.com and we should have some pics up of the shoes and specs on them in a month or so. We are in the last stage of design and very pleased with the prototype!! I will keep you updated with all the lastest developments, just check the site and the forum every once and awhile. Untill then...
Keep Riding, greg

make sure they look good enough to wear when not wakeskating. I just bought the byerlies because they were wakeskate shoes and i could wear them at school and stuff. The bling's, epic's, and kampus's in my opinion don't look so hot. Thats why i went with the byerlies. Cuz ppl like me can't afford to buy a pair of shoes JUST for wakeskating, my shoes have to be multiporpused _________________ ow thats gonna hurt tomorrow |

As soon as we get a few pairs of shoes back I will probably set aside a few days where people can go to Rixen and take em for a run. If you are really serious about trying them out write me a private message and we will see what we can do. _________________ Back Again For The First Time

allow the shoes to stay on your feet without the llaces being tied...i like my byerlys cuz although they have laces....i dont need them...so i just have the laces all loose and they still fit great i think its cuz of the tongue being attached or something...anyways do that
EDIT: oh im a tard and didnt realize this post was from asslong ago...whatever |

the new shoe should have no laces, mesh sides, a non-marking sole, a very good grip, one of those pull loops in the back, and a cool desighn for style |

Its kind of funny that this thread came up again because we have just received our pre-production samples. We will be doing a full launch of the new site with more info this week. Some things i can tell you though: The shoes DO have laces with a synching system but you don't even really need to tighten them thanks to an inner sock. As far as the look of them, some people have compared to the old Kostons which a big compliment cause those were probably my favorite skate shoes. They definitely have a skate shoe profile to them. If you happened to see our first protos on the site awhile back.....i can tell you that these look a heck of a lot better. We have settled on 2 color ways for the first production run: A white model with blue mesh and an all black model. The shoes will take an entirely new approach to drying that no others have before. Another thing I can confirm is the name of the model. We have decided to call them The "Switch"...the name has multiple meanings and we'll explain it all later. That’s all I can think of right now, I will post again when we launch the site. _________________ Back Again For The First Time
