As for the temp... depends on the glues. Some glues require heat some do not.
The epoxy we use at work WILL NOT fully kick without heat. We press our boards at approx 170*.

this winter was my first time riding pow, it was incredible!! i love it... we got so much snow this winter too. |

They cater mostly to big mountain stuff and touring.. we make tons of split boards.. actually I think we sell mostly splitties. lots ... |
