i have found that my ollies are more consistent and higher the faster i go, but not to fast. when you go too slow it is hard to generate a lot of pop.

final cut express is also a good cheaper alternative. and if u are a PC guy, go for premiere elements if you dont want to shell out all the money for premiere pro. i use final cut express.

i ride with regular shoes, they are fine, a little on the heavy side, but not to bad. They already had holes for ventilation near the arch of the foot.

I get them when I'm sitting in the water waiting for the boat to start, and when I am getting ready to jump into the water. But, after my first fall I'm usually ok.
