mojo thats a separate issue, im talking about the physics involved once the board is in the air. the force needed to pop out of the water will most definitely vary from deck to deck. |

i dont see any point in repairing it, as it will just fail somewhere else. i think birch by itself is ok to use but the 1/8" birch plywood isn't a good idea because its 2 thin layers of birch glu ... |

i used the 1/8" birch plys , but i dont recommend using that stuff beacause the middle of that plywood isnt birch, its garbage wood. im switching to 1/16" so my decks are soli ... |
