| Heres what I do, I set up my front foot so its right in the middle of the board ALMOST about to hang off the board, then your back foot put it hanging off the back a bit and on the corner of the board ... |

Lay the board flat in the water and then put your heels on the edge of it and when the boat starts going it will stick to your feet.
