Bret Little Earns Cable Title At Stop Two Of The Byerly Toe Jam

For Immediate Release

6/8/2007

Heavy Final Day

Rockstar Cable Jam Ends Strong at TSR

Sixteen of the best Wakeskaters in the world charged the cable park at TSR today in New Braunfels, Texas, chasing after the coveted Rockstar Cable Jam title, leaving the crowd amazed by the highest level of wakeskating they have ever seen. Perfect conditions set the stage for Toe Jam stop number two, which is known as the premiere contest event series in wakeskating.

Unbelievable moves were thrown down all day from several riders, with the following standout hammers:

-Steven Cambell – 270 shove to back lip shove off the box

-Ben Kaiser – boardslide kickflip off the incline rail

-Reed Hansen – varial flip

-Ross Gardner – switch 360 shove

-Andrew Pastura – Boardslide 450 shove off the incline rail

-Stuart Shinn – front lip back big off the incline rail

-Brian Grubb – boardslide to back lip shove off the WBM kinked rail

-Bret Little – huge mute frontside 360 off the kicker

Little, the hometown favorite set the pace for a strong head-to-head final with Grubb, who was fresh off an amazing victory yesterday in the wake riding final. In the end, Little was able to link together a super difficult and technical run and found himself on top of the podium in first place. “Words can’t describe how I feel right now,” Little said. “It’s amazing just to be riding with all of these legends and all the new young guns. I’m incredibly happy with how I rode today and grateful to be a part of it all. Huge thanks to Scott Byerly for creating the Toe Jam tour. I’m stoked to hold it down for Texas.”

The Rockstar Cable Jam is made possible with the help of Rockstar Energy Drink, Nike 6.0, Billabong, Liquid Force, MasterCraft and the Texas Ski Ranch. For more info, go to www.byerlytoejam.com.
