Dream spots in Plano- Almost heroes?

I know that the remote guys are gonna be in town in a couple of days for the almost heroes stop. Just in case you guys are looking to do some shooting, here are a couple spots near hydrous that I used to dream about as I passed them each day. I would put the bust factor at 90% and would only reccomend it if it was a quick in and out, but whatev.

The one off park is a series of connected water/drainage areas with gaps sprinkled throughout.
The one off preston is a pretty large drop off the waterfall.

Water levels could certainly be down as I am no longer in the area, but I wanted to pass them along.
