So heres the rail ... 14 ft x 15 in ... I dont konw how I should mount the legs or base ... should I do somthing flat ... or with a slight incline ... a frame ??? Whats the best idea ??? Also lemme know what you think ...

Ride_2_Relax, if you stick it in the mud and want it to be solid you have to sink your posts pretty far into the water...and if you dont have a water pump sitting out there w/ a sledgehammer isnt very fun.....

No I was thinking four 4x4's on the corners and then attatch a piece of plywood on the bottom so its under the mud and then cinder blocks or somthin heavy on top of the plywood ... ok yall proboly dont understand but it'll work ... I tihnk ...

sink 4x4s and nail or screw into them a 2x4 across the width of the tress you have...then screw or nail the tress on to the 3 or 4 4x4s and 2x4s which are on top of them

Ride_2_Relax, i no exactly what u are talking about

i tryed that whole sheet of ply wood at the end of the legs of the rail rail before

not only is it very flimsy, but the water/mud detierierates and after two days my rail rail came out of placing
