I go to this place up in china with a rail but its pretty sketchy. they'v got like big plastic containers lashed together, but the rail is always like half sinking and i think that at the moment one of the containers has a hole in it and is lower than the other one. but it could work.

Use big pieces of styrofoam or 50 gallon barrels. Thats lookin pretty good fellas, keep up the good work. Make sure youve got something REEAAAALL heavy to anchor it if youre puttin it on a lake cuz we used a fire hydrant and an old outboard engine and if big rollers came it'd move the rail.

big_dee45, did you guys use sheet metal on the top?? uhh i wouldnt want to fall on that rail Laughing

The stuff we used was plastic Laughing

btw you can used 50 gallon barrels...you'll just have to put some water in them first. You can get cinder blocks at home depot for really cheap if you want to make an anchor.

ya we stole the sheet metal from a construction site lol. i told big_dee45 that we should use it so we dont put the FRP stuff directly on it and crack it when it hits the points of the pices of wood we just threw on their. so itll hurt the metal not the FRP. that would be SO F***ING EXTREME is we used sheet metal only! istant slit of the throat

I would recommend you NOT float a box like that.. it's ten times easier to secure it into the ground with wooden fence posts.

we cant bc the lake cops wont let us bc it would be a hazard of some bs. so we have to set off on some land everytime we finish. or if they didnt mind they have already said it has to be at least 100 ft from shore
