I need a little help fellas. I bought some racks and they are too big, the crossbars on my tower are smaller than the frame of the tower. So I was wondering what ideas you all had to secure them with some type of spacer. It's a bumpy ride across the bay. Thanks peeps!

Maybe some rubber around the crossbar to take up the space, that way you dont have to modify anything.

On my boat we had the same problem mounting speakers to the T-top. We ended up using a thick rubber tape from West Marine to make a crappy rubber bushing. It works, however i wouldnt recommend it because it loosens up in rough water. I would look like some sort of hard plastic bushing/spacer rather than rubber. With rubber you can never crank it down becuase the rubber gives until the clamp is all the way tight.
