alright well, even in light rains, the ditch across the street from me floods like crazy, and add on rita, and i have a 1 foot ditch to put a rail in, i have everything ready but the pvc, i cant keep it on, what do i need to do to keep it on straight.

you can drill through the top layer, and then screw it down from the bottom layer. you can try glue, i havn't or you could screw it down from the sides if you don't want small holes ontop of the sliding surface.

Drill 3/4 inch holes on the side every 2 feet, then drill thru the bottom of the PVC. Don't use glue, it won't withstand the sliding.
