TV Tuners for PC

Just wondering if anyone knew about any decent TV tuners for a decent price. I just moved up to college and have a cable connection, but no tv. I need one with a basic cable input and a set of RCA plugs for my Playstation. I'm just trying to find something that works, not something spectacular.

the $30 price tag is nice but it kind of makes me wonder. Got good reviews though.

And if anyone out there knows about building a whole new computer, i have some bugs in the one i just finished (my first one i built myself) i need to work out.

Nevermind, found a sweet ATI one. Kind of expensive, but there was a $20 rebate and it works well.
