tampa winch comp.

ok so this is in the early planning stage, but im planning on doing a winch comp. in ybor city next to the club that i dj at. i do an indie rock night. anyway the tentative date is set for sept.28 which is a wed. the plan so far is to run it starting around noon, with the comp. actually starting around 4. we will let the comp. go up until we open the doors to the club at 10. then everyone is welcome to come inside for free and those that are 21 can drink for free too. we have 3 big video screens and i will show videos all night long. this is the same club that we had the flatline premier at. there is already guaranteed coverage in wakeboarding mag. and we will film the whole time as well. thats the plan right now, i will post changes. feel free to contact me with questions. thanks.

jimmie that would be badass...but a wednesday?? i know it would be alittle bit easier for me and everyone else to make it down if it was on a friday or on the weekend

actually i might bump it to a later date so everyone can make plans. i set that date like 3 weeks ago but now it might be a little to soon. the date is very flexible right now. also its going to be on wed because the club is too busy on the weekend. i would have to rent the parking lot which would cost a lot. and i want all the sponsor money to go to making the pool gap better. more money=better pool. oh yeah, and the prize also.

ok we are going to have it on nov.2 that should give everyone enough time to make plans. it will also give me enuogh time to get good sponsors and advertise.

it is a pro event, but i plan to have 4 hours of qualifying for the comp. that will run from 12 - 4. and the main comp. will be from 4 - 9. after that im doing a product toss, and giving someone alot of money for best trick. then we go into the club and party.
im working on other stuff for the event also and i will keep you guys updated. oh yeah, we are calling the event BLACKTOP BRODEO! it will be fun.

tampa jimmie, i did not aprove of that name lol no i like it and im super stoked, i do have class which sux but i can figure something out by november 2nd

since alot of us will be in town for the rest of the week we should figure out a place to all go on friday ride.
