youll need to get a permit just like building a dock...which will be hard unless you know the right people. you can say its an add on to you dock as logn as you are under the limits for where you live. every state has its own surface area limits. or you can just build a floatable rail like i have and skip all of that hassle |

yea you deffinatly dont want to even try to get a permit, even if you know the right people its very very very very slim youll get one there like no chance of it the county people are dicks, all you will end up doing is alerting them, and they'll be breathing down your spine making shure you dont put it in. just build the thing, try and keep it on the DL, dont paint it bright pink or anyting and put it next to bushes if possable so its not
notaceble. |

im sure you could get in trouble with it in the ground at anytime no matter how long, but i doubt they would do anything if you pulled it out if they asked. I would leave it in for a few nights keeping in mind that if they find it, they will rip it out and your out your 100 bucks. I think perminent means when you are not physically with it. |

honestly the first thing your going to want to do is stop worrying about it and just do it. i would say dont leave posts sticking out of the water cuz if someone hits them you could be in deep shizzle. portable is the way to go for you imo... _________________

Be careful choosing that name. I first registered LiquidEnforcer many years ago. And I use it all over the internet. If you google LiquidEnforcer(what I was doing to find this topic) you will see proof of my existence. Just thought I would mention it since im registered all over the net with the name, as well as the Liquid Force forums.
To make this somewhat related... Getting this (for the second time) this friday... http://wakeworld.com/getarticle.asp?articleid=264 |
