Can't seem to unzip a file

I'm trying to install silent hill 2 but my winzip
can't seem to unzip the file needed from the
disk. Do I need another kind of program or
software to extract it? HELP ME!!! Bang Head

try every single program that it unzips. i dont know cuz i cant see it

Is it a .zip file? You can try winrar assuming you are on a windows machine. Do a google search for winrar.
