Broken Bi-levels replaced yet????

I was told months ago my broke bi would be replaced...still no board. Has anyone actually had theirs replaced? I know some are supposedly "comming soon" but when the hell is that gonna be?? Has anyone actually recieved a new one? Thomas is not replying my email. I understand completely but I just want some info and have nowhere else to turn.

ps. for all you "wood bashers"...I know.."go buy an integ" is what ull say. keep it to urself I dont want this to end up like every other thread, I want useful info.

I spoke to Brain at Cassette and he said they are back ordered in production for another two weeks and I figured another week or two to get it.

I said, will I have it w/i a month, and he said definetly. So I'm riding my old Reed it's heavy as shizzle and still a kick ass old cassette concave.

I'd get a budget concave so you have a back-up. Good luck. Let me know when you get yours.

my brother's cassette has been on back order for a good month and a half now...its kind of annoying.

i sent brian an email saying mine was broken and he just sent an email back saying "here is a warranty" and thats all the email was, just text, no attachments or anything just those words, so i dont know WTF that meant or what that gets me. and ive talked to him on the phone and he said about 3 weeks but that was last week. so i dunno if im gonna get screwed over on a bi-level or actually get a new one, bc if i dont i jsut wasted $270 on crap and wont get another bi-level ever, ill jsut go integ.

I know for sure that warranty boards were sent out until Cassette simply ran out of decks. They will have more soon and hopefully this whole issue will be over with.

Listen guys Thomas is doing the best he can, remember two things it's the start of season for both us and skateboarding so the manufacturer is slammed. Thomas is only one person. We ordered more boards (that takes money)and they went out as replacements ( no money coming in) .Hell some of my intial orders still have not been filled because of this whole mess. Which means I don't get paid so who do you think can't wait?
When I can't tell you hopefully in the next 4 weeks this whole thing all gets sorted out until then remember the inovation is worth it and we are always trying our hardest to stay ahead.

. Itch, I know that these things take time and patience. I just don't want to hear about decks being replaced and not get any heads up cause I am boardless for the time being. The tail on my top deck broke clean off so I cant ride it at all.

And not only that, but thomas was gone for about a month and I know there are other things he is sorting out after being gone for awhile.

im sorry for saying crap, i didnt mean the board was crap, i was jsut saying i just blew my money and i guess i didnt pay attentiont o what i said, but dude the bi-level is so bad a. i love it, its just that i think itll break easy if i just get another one also bc the other side of my board was cracking in the layers also, but yeah the way they ride are amazing
