I find them hard. Really hard. I don't know why.... I've been doing tre flips for years, but still i cant do a heelflip?

I am so much better at heelflipping stuff than I am kickflipping. I think the key is staying really over your board becuse there's a tendancy to lean forward from the waist too much and end up flipping the board so it gets away behind you... if that makes any sense... just keep flicking a few every time you skate without focusing on it. I find that unless I come close to landing something, it does more harm than good to sit there trying it over and over and not coming any closer. Just relax and don't stress over it too much. Cool

When I try them, I always go way too far forward. Like my board ends up behind me, and i land with only my heels on the board and my toes touch the ground
