Anybody know how to build a easy rail tha u can move easily that i could use on the river in shallow water like 3-4ft????

I would look for whatever you can find that floats and build a flat rail off of that. My friend and I built a rainbow over an old sea-doo, with drop anchors on both sides. Also I flipped over an ocean kayak and put eye hooks on a long board and tied it to the yak, it's short but sweet. Good luck

me and my roomate built a 19ft long pvc round rail, its sturdy as hell and is still working good. mine is also in that depth of water
