Ok, so the waters done got cold again and I needed something to keep me from going crazy from lack of wakeskating, and I was trying to think of ways to do this, and then it hit me; get back into skateboarding. I bought an old board from my friend for like $20 and I love it. I forgot how fun it was and I'm a little rusty, but I'm still feelin it. I hit up the skate park the other day, and it was one of the most fun days I've ever had skatin. I hurt my shoulder doin it, but it's not as bad as I thought it was, so I should be back out there by tomorrow...

Nothin that major, I just wanted to share my excitement Very Happy

Ok... I'm still not familiar with the history of board companies or any skaters, so I guess I wouldn't catch that. I guess that was directed at my "old board" comment.

Mike McGill rode for Powell Peralta

Skating is mad fun and great off-season wakeskate practice

It's funny how I was about to make the same topic 2 weeks ago. I used to skate all the time like 4 years ago, then I stoped about a year ago I started wakeskating and never skateboarded again. 1 month ago I got back into it, I go out skating whenever I cant wakeskate, not just in the winter, I actually like it more than just an off season sport. I like how it's so much alike.

We were out skating this new spot we found ( a church ). My friend decides go to the back, then we find this really steep 19 stair. He tried it, kicked out and landed on the 14 step and broke his ancle. God we need to stop using drugs.... Rolling Eyes
