We're using two digital Sonys. 1's a Digital 8 and the other Mini DV. _________________ .:Wake UP Films:.

I also have a Mini DV and would recommend it over the High 8. |

Everything is goin digital these days. It is so much faster to edit. Its not cheap, but fun.
Tips-keep the camera steady. Dont make people sea sick. Look at diffent angles to shoot a trick at, instead of the normal sitting in the boat shot. It get boring. |

Use a Mini DV camera for sure. I also Edit on a mac using Imovie cause its free or I use Final Cut Pro of Final Cut Express, Just picked that up.
Get a water housing of some sort to protect your cam from water and it helps getting different angles like tube or in water shoots. _________________ Keep on keepin' on! |
