The closest one to California would be TSR, Texas Ski Ranch, in New Braunfels Texas.

Frye, there are only 4 Cable Parks in North America. The 2 in Florida, OWC,and Ski Rixen, TSR in Texas, and BC Beach Club in Montreal. And soon to be Kansas, when there lake fills up, if it rains.
None in Cali.

I went to Malaysia (east coast) and Indonesia (Sulawesi, Java, Bali and Lombok) a few years ago, but I cannot remember if November-December is a good season?
I'm looking for a spot to spend 1-2 weeks. Where is your cable-park in Indonesia? Someone told me that there's a beautiful spot in Bali? Near Kuta/Legian?

Hi Paul,
If you go to Bali don't wake just surf...
For smooth spots you can go to Mines Resort in Kuala Lumpur (MAL) home of the Asian X Games, and Pattaya (THA) home of the 2003 Asian X Games Champ "Lothar". They have a few cable parks in Thailand but you'll have to do your own research.

The Indonesian cable ski is in Batam, which is 45mins away from Singapore by Ferry. Most of us just go there for the day. To ride behing the boat, there's no better place than Sebana, Johor Baru, Malaysia, also a short ride from Sin.

The monsoon start around now and ends around March, which is when some us head to the East Coast of Malaysia to catch some waves...
Don't worry about the rainy season as Frye said it only last a while, and it keeps the temp down...

Go to Singapore's website: www.wakeboard.com.sg you might find some useful links for Asian spots

Give us a shout if you need directions

Kyle, the North Carolina one has been closed for a long time...because for some really odd reason, who ever built it, built it in the middle of a military base, or some kind of military tihng, so its not save so it had to be shut down.

Frye, I know all those, because of the North American Cable Wakeboard Tour, I went to all the stuff, and just hear things.

"Come on folks, let's ride in the middle of a military base!"
That's the craziest business plan you can imagine!
Sliding submarines and slaloming between water-mines...

Stussy, I would say its about a 45-hour drive, also depends on traffic, and how fast ya drive though, but thats about...for OWC, about 4 hours from Miami.
