That poster design reminds memof that old shaun murray wakeboard graphic with the mountains on it. It makes me feel all nostalgic and what not. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

I'm looking forward to it. This will be the first one ill have the chance to be at all weekend starting Friday night. The last time I was at one start to finish it was 13 or 14 of us at Villa Lagos.
I'm going to try and kidnap my nephew ad bring him as well. Get him riding behind the winch which I'm thinking will be easier than behind the boat. I did get him on plane and riding for 20 feet from a deep water start at the end of last season though. So that was cool.
Sorry, rambling... Looking forward to this convergence! _________________ Scuba Steve's Wakeskate Film Libray |

That's how I'm lookin at. It will be like going to a motocross race or supercross race compared to his dirtbike interest. Just let him see some awesome wakeskating up close and in his face.
Get him up and riding behind a winch and keep that stoak going all summer.
Speaking of which, anyone with experiance Getting little kid first timers up behind a winch have some pointers or insight? He understands the basics, he can skateboard so he has balance. He is plenty comfortable in the water. Like I said I had him on plane from a deep water boat start where I was I the water keeping him on track till the right moment.
I figured I could just start him from a chair or even a standing shore/ slick mud start so he was already standing up and ready to go. _________________ Scuba Steve's Wakeskate Film Libray |
