Check this out, its very interesting social experiment. This dude just films random people all day and he gets some wild responses. People always wanna film police etc and are surprised by their reaction, but i think the worse reactions are from the general public. Hell, most of time they want to call the cops, or commit a crime, battery usually, even robbery (snatch and grab the camera). I just left it on while completing some work on my other monitor, good watch. what do you guys think? I think a lot of us are accustom to being filmed, wakskating, documentaries etc... so it might be different for our group.

It is interesting, but the purposed of using a camera is to look at whatever you shot later....if people don't know why the camera is being used, they probably just assume the worst possible thing...epecially when the guy won't come right out and say what it's for.

That was pretty entertaining. I shoot/produce for a living and find it extremely odd how freaked out people are by the sight of a video camera. It doesn't matter if I'm shooting b roll in a public area or doing a studio interview.
