I posted this on instagram & FB, but it needs to be said here...
"Sadly for everyone, it appears The Wakeskate Tour is on temporary hiatus for 2015, since it's almost June & we haven't heard anything... In light of this melancholy development, I realized it wasn't going to do any good letting my forest in Suwannee get sleepy this summer, so I decided to throw a big wakeskate jam anyways... This one's going to be a little different though... On top of getting to sit back & watch the world's best tearing up my drops like there's no tomorrow, this time you'll get to jump in the mix, grab a handle & pop down the North Florida dream spot yourself. Competing can be fun, but that's not what this jam is about, so don't be nervous about joining. Who knows, maybe your favorite wakeskater will help you out with that backside 180 you've been working on... The last time I saw an event like this was at Raging Pull back in 2008, and people are still talking about it... So mark your calendars & come shred/camp/celebrate with us, it's gonna be a hell of a weekend #suwanneebro"
It really really sucks that we got the carpet pulled out from under our feet for the year, but I'm still super excited to have everyone come out to Suwannee & enjoy themselves...

| I get so unlucky with the dates of these events... My selfish a-hole of a best friend is getting married on the 20th... But really, this looks like an awesome weekend. I hope I can make it the next time around! |
