I live directly on the beach on lake michigan and was wondering what people do to keep their jet ski/small boat on the beach. One of the neighbors has a giant zodiac that he uses a small motor and a winch to pull up the beach but I don't need something that heavy duty. I was thinking maybe a hand winch would work or a plywood sled that would slide on the beach pretty easy (in my head)

Any other ideas/experiences

Got any photos of the shoreline? If it's mellow enough of an angle, you could arrange 2 HDPE pipes & a hand winch sort of like a stationary trailer. Drive it up on (maybe with a soft bumper in front in case you come in a little hot), & then crank it the rest of the way on...

I need to pull it up toward that sea wall in front of my house, I would imagine I can just lay a few pipes in a row and then once it is up on the last set of pipes, I can just move the rest so they aren't in anybody's way. Pound a 4x4 pipe into the sand with a hand winch by the sea wall and boom.

We don't really have tides so I don't have to worry about it being washed away either

Smash Smash

If you set one ski facing out on the bank you could always ramp your ski onto the beach

POPTART, It's bizarre to think that the same species that figured out how to record HD video & transmit it instantly across the globe with strings of 1s & 0s also managed the extreme levels of mental deficiency required to make that clip happen... Humans are truly incredible Shocked
