Quiet three bed two bath home with fenced backyard and 2 car garage sits across the street from the lake front of McQueeny. We get a key to the neighborhood park that has a lakefront hangout, boat ramp and dock.

Rent is $1200 total so with two people- $600 and with three people- $400. + electric.

Home is 12 min to New Braunfels and 5 Minutes Seguin.
I'm looking for WAKE ORIENTED PEOPLE who I can ride with in our free time.
Available ASAP.
Looking to move in on the 1st of November.
Deposit is the same as rent.

I have one lab mix dog, so if you have a large dog also it could work. NO small dogs.
