So I found this pretty sweet bass boat up here in AK and I can probably get it for around 5grand with a trade. Question....it has a 200HP Merc 2cyc on it...seems huge as s!*t!! Heres a link to the boat.....does it seem like a good boat/deal?

We fish but mostly outta a drift boat on the rivers. Is that kind of boat just not a good boat for skating behind? I figure with a tower and some sacs it would be pretty legit?

You could ride behind that though and it probably throws a decent wake

Thanks for checking out all those boats!! I have looked at a few of those and most of the lower priced ones are already sold Sad
I have a possibility of getting that bass boat for 5 grand also which makes it a pretty good deal.

Do aluminum boats throw a bigger wake or is there a advantage to them over a boat like that bass boat Im looking at?

I find aluminum hulls more durable and easier to modify I hate messing with fiber glass. S-Hit is itchy!

For that kind of money I'd look for an 80's Ski Nautique 2001.
