Is urban riding illegal on a skate? We do it all the time on skis and it is usually just looked down upon but no tickets or fines. What are the charges? Breaking and entering? Vandilism? Trespassing? |

We have always been fans of greeting the cops as soon as they arrive on the scene. Justification being that they will be somewhat surprised that we actually approached them first and possibly be more kind in whatever punishment they wish to enforce. More times than not, this has been to our advantage and many cops have let us hit spots a few more times before asking us to kindly leave. We even had some visit last Fall who told us to keep doing it because it was the "coolest thing they had seen all week." _________________ www.kcwatersports.com |

I've had it go either way with law enforcement, my crew hits alot of sketchy public spots anyway, usually we roll up with winch on hitch, take 3 or 4 runs for the video, then get the hell out _________________ ☆PHOENIX WINCH☆
