Just wanted to post something he wrote in 2002. We'd all be better off if he was more involved in wakeskating.

Hey! I would crap my pants if I saw someone land a flip on a wakeskate. Flips on a wakeboard are easy, that's why we kinda laugh at them sometimes. A flip on a wakeskate would be a hundred times harder. You would have to be a ninja master to do a flip on a wakeskate, and I would have nothing but the utmost respect for a ninja master. Why are y'all hating? As far as I know there is no unwritten law that says flips on wakeskates are lame. Crazy wakeskate nazis.

Cut in heelside, drop your front hand to mute, throw a back roll and with a front one.

Right? Its so possible it hurts. Or ts backroll, same way with a solid indy grab. Most people thing im crazy, but I'm pretty sure a slob front to fakie (I know... mute, but we'll keep it wakeboardish for the haters) will go down one day, as well as, a crow.

I think hyperlite should step up and go volcom on this topic to push someone to stick one. I tried to get O'Brien to but they don't even care enough about wakeboarding to consider it.

Who will be the first?

But honestly it would be awesome to see it go down. Plenty of great boat riders that could easily do it of they tried for a few sets.

i bet dieter could and should do it. going volcom on this would be epic, to at least see the tries and results. even if one doesnt go down, it would get close im sure.

Reed H comes to mind as a highly likely canidate to mess around for a weekend and land one.

I heard a rumor that dietz was trying ts backrolls and coming pretty close awhile back, I'm sure he could lay one down, maybe we are in for some surprises with NOSIA VISION...

I don't know if it was an accident or not (I haven't watched this in awhile) but grubb looked to have tried a toeside front roll in boombox.

couldn't really read this without posting a response. I used to try heel fronts a lot, never could put the grab on early enough. Someone will do it, eventually. Anyway, thanks, Seaman. You're the historian.
