Pillow block bearings, axel, sprocket, TAV, chain, some type of rope guide (fairlead rollers; I've even seen where guys have used a eye bolt).....online. I found most of my stuff on MFGSupply.com Only exception was I went to my local Northern Tool first and they didn't have squat except for the pillow block bearings.
I might've left some things out, but hope this helps alittle.

I got all my parts from MFGsupply.com, specifically http://www.mfgsupply.com/GoMini.html/mv_session_id=yv6sqqgy , and Home Depot and all their parts were perfect for my winch. Just search around in the forums and you can find all the answers to what exactly it is that you need but don't hesitate to ask if you need help. People have gone through hell and back figuring out what works best and I was able to build my winch and have it run perfect from the first pull...thanks to everyone else's trials and errors of course. Here is the link to my post about my winch build http://www.wakeskating.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31468
