keep the handle in to your body and poke your chest out to keep you over the board |

put your front foot halfway etween the middle of the board and the nose and your back foot all the way to the back and pop the board but not too hard, that might be why your feet are so close together, biggest thing is let it flow (one motion) dont try to land one like you will die if you dont land it |

Practice on carpet, bending your knees when you land will help you learn, but i dont like that style where you crowch down when you land. I like to be able to land and make my tricks look clean. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com |

you have to have the handle in one hand and just jump and guide the board with your front foot and spot your landing. _________________ Zack |

you fall back = you let your handle get away from your front hip.
When you 'charge' your shuv, ie bend your knees before poping it, pull in your handle to your front hip. And the more you bend your knees ('charge' the pop) the higher you'll pop the shuv. Keep that handle close to your hip during the whole trick, don't let it get away/closer from you at any time during the trick or you'll shift forward/backward and fall _________________
