I wanted to share my newest project with everyone. I've had the pontoons for years and wanted to build something, but never had the time. I can raise or lower it by adding or removing water from the pontoons. The best part is I have a trailer to move it whenever I need. Anyone in or visiting Orlando is welcome to come hit it.

Miller,
I'll get some soon. How's your son doing?

Raven,
Its the first floating obstacle I've made thats worked. The pipe is for old times sake, the trex is for learning lock-in stuff, and the middle is to learn some manuals. We'll see if an old dog can learn new tricks.

I just discovered that i can turn it in to an incline/kicker in about 30 seconds. I see this being quite fun.

Come hit it!!!

How's your daughter?

My little man is great. He will be our spotter for the next ten days and will get his first tube ride by this time tomorrow

Miller,
She's great, when she's finished swim lessons we'll have her on the water. How did tubing go?

RC,
Because there is water in the pontoons, if weight is on one end long enough, the water shifts and one end stays sunk. We stand on one side for about 30 seconds, get it sunk, then hang two cinder blocks about 4 ft deep from that end, it stays perfectly.

Mojo,
Its so solid, having so much water in the pontoons is great because the thing hardly moves. But because of the shape of the pontoons, getting it in and out is so easy, I just push it with the ski. Let me know if you have any questions building yours.

This thing is already worth it, it got Daniel Lovett to get back on a skate yesterday. Good times on Bear Gully once again!!!

i have to find pontoons first. been checking craigs list but no luck. might call a few local pontoon dealers to see if they have some throw aways. might be a winter project. a buddy has a 32' pontoon so i'd have a trailer to put it on, but it would serve so many purposes where i ride as rail, ramp, manual box, party dock, filming dock. seems like the best idea for a floating box/rail ever. i'm not familiar with pontoons design. did you cut a hole in them and just use it like a bung or something else?

Yeah I think craigslist is the best. Mine is 20' although I think 24' would be ideal. You can find them down here for around $500 sometimes.

I did cut a hole in each of mine. They have a drain for condensation in them, but its underwater and very small. I just cut a 2" hole in the top of them. I had a plan to wire them all up like it ballast so it could be just a flick of a switch to lower or raise them. When it came time to set that up I realized it was unnecessary.

If you every need help, hit me up.

yeah this boat is like the giving tree. Its served many purposes and though this is not the best, it is a close second.

good to know about price. i will find some or die before winter's end. you could even set up a little ramp/kicker for a gap on it. just use some hinges and something bouyant. where you live at seaman

actually my goal was to make it much more extravagant, with a "wall ride"/kicker gapping the 8' part, an upramp, an adjustable incline rail, everything. But when I had that in mind I was catering to a lot of people. The way it is now is all I really ever want. But if you want it higher and a ramp on it or from the side, i have it engineered to be perfect. maybe slightly costly, but itd be grand.

Im in orlando

SEAMAN, I never thought I would say this but tubing was awesome.
Started with little guy just tied to the dock hanging out in the tube. Then him and the wife went for a pull behind the boat.

Swimming lessons are good times.
