pop and spin or pop then spin?

for bs shuvits, do you ollie and then spin or ollie and spin at the same time? the trick tip on the site kinda confused me there

I actually pop and then spin but they're still really close together. I just make a conscious effort to pop a clean, hard ollie before spinning it.

i basically just spin, but when i saw a video and pics of myself, it appears i do pop it a good bit at the same time, but i focus more on the spin part i gguess

Thomas Horrell does his Shuv-its with more spin than pop ration because his style is smooth and flowing and does everything lip trick linked. whereas a Brian Grub throws them high and pops more a spins less. It depends what kinda style u want.

i pop and spin same time, mostly in one motion, jsut go with the flow and do waht feels right youll get it jsut takes time.
