do you know how to inward heel flip or pressure flip?
if so, do the same thing on the other side of the board, and flip it between your legs. you have to sort of sweep your back foot though, and use your front foot more than and inward heel or pressure flip. but, i have trouble landing these, so im not the best to listen to.

Hey....the way i learned to do a hardflip was pretty cool. The key to getting a good spin on a hardflip is foot placement. I dont know how to explain it in a clear way...so i drew a pic.
Basically the concept behind it is the same as a kickflip except for a couple things.
1) Start with your front foot right on the edge of the board facing straight foward. As soon as you pop the kicktail, slide your foot immediatly off the side (in the direction off the red arrow)
2)You have to jump alot higher than you would for a kickfilp...and make sure you spread your legs wide enough that the board wont hit you in the nuts or leg or whatever.
It looks kind of stupid at first...but once you get the hang of it you can start straitening out your front foot a little bit at a time. I used to be a skateboarding instructor, and this is what my kids found to be the most helpful. Enjoy

if you can frontside flip then just flip it harder and let it flip through your legs

Yeah I say just practice flipping a frontside flip without the body rotation. At first they will look all sloppy and sideways like backwards varial flips. Then just concentrate on jumping higher and getting them to flip more verticle and between your legs to get a proper hardflip.
