RedShred14, its whatever you want to call it really. forward double flip etc.

bmosing, the best way to go, is study for like a half hour or an hour then take a five minute break or so. Thats what I have done lately and it makes everything so much better.

I agree with SleuCrew or i could see lemons doing it.
