If you can't do it on a skateboard ummm you might still be able to on a ws. Just use more back foot to scoop.

The biggest problem with people learning 3 shuvs, that i've seen, is throwing them too hard. Cut out like 10 or 12 feet away from the wake into the flats, flatten off for a sec, throw a shuv, but throw it just a tad harder than you normally would, keep your knees and feet up and just wait for it to rotate another 180 degrees.

my best advice is to throw a shove like normal, but move your front foot a little more towards the center of the board. if you can't get it all the way around, maybe try moving your back foot to where your toe is almost off the griptape on your toeside, that way you have more leverage. but just throw it like a normal shove and just wait on it to come around a little bit longer.

In transitioning from shuvs to 3 shuvs, I just made sure I was popping the board a bit more to get the clearance, holding my feet up for just a bit longer, and like the two posts above me, I throw it just a teeny bit harder than a regular shuv.

I would say just move your front foot closer to the middle and hang your back foot a little more off the board to get more rotation. Try ittt
