|
|
| My 08 impulse has one "busted" edge. Just the bottom sheet is slightly separated from the next layer. Everytime I ride it , it gets soggy within like 4 pulls. I was thinking like wood sealant for decks and shiiit, but Im not sure if that will do the trick..... Im going to epoxy the side damage, but what do i use to just seal the naked wood on the edges? |

i had the same thing happening to my 08 sst and i just fixed it last night.
i'd say let it dry out, then take some epoxy and put it on where its delaming, clamp it, then take some water sealant and put a few coats over the whole board.
i can't remember what brand i'm using, but i'll post it next coat i put on tomorrow if you want _________________ http://www.stickandflick.com

| you shouln't have to do this to a $250 dollar board, LF's will always have delam problems as long as they're made in the United Arab Emirates |

yeah you might want to try integrity sealant.
haha jk, you can sand it down and use any wood sealer or paint edges. it'll help pro-long the life of the board at least. _________________ .:Wake UP Films:.

Spar Varnish!
No less than 3 coats.
It is cheap and you can find it at Home Depot.
This will work and hold up. _________________ Obscura Wakeskates! |

make sure to let your sealant dry , then sand it smooth to keep a consistent edge and feel on the bottom of the board _________________ https://vimeo.com/moontowerco |
