EZ$$$, i can help you with fs but not bs
on a front bigspin, cut out, not too far though, drop your front hand when you level off and are about to throw it, pop it just like a one eighty and give it a little extra scoop and watch it spin under you then stomp it and land heavy on your toes, and think of it more of a front one variation than a front shuv variation though that helped me alot, if you pop a few front ones right before you do it it will help get the feel. _________________ Team Dream Sleds

Depends on who you ask, but I think most will say frontside. _________________ http://trihawk.fotki.com

EZChachaching, what up player. i like bob's tip. good tip bob.
i keep my backfoot all the way back with my heel hanging over my heelside edge to get more leverage to throw the "spin" the full 360.
good luck homey and i guess i'll be seeing you on the water soon _________________ dbanana wrote:

i think the most important thing when doing backbigs is catching the board at 270.
if you catch the board at 270, it gives you more control, stops you from over rotating, and you can still slide the board on the water the extra 90 degrees if you didnt pop it high enough
^ thats something that really helped me when i learned them, and now when i do backbigs i'm always concentrating on catching the board at 270........it helps a lot
also, the main thing with frontbigs once you have the rotation down, land with your weight over you toes a lot more than you would think _________________ http://www.stickandflick.com

Gnarly Dancer 42, that being said, is it easiest to learn them by:
a) shuving then getting a bs revert in and getting those on lock
b) shuving 270 and learning from there
or c) cutting out and huckin' a full back big
i just started trying them today and i'm getting really close. |

TR@V!S, i always land too far on my toes.. I keep getting a mental block about staying balanced because i get sketched out about catching heelside backwards. |
