i'm not a big fan of LF but are the 05 LF skates the similar or the same as the 04 cassettes???

Nothing new on those boards tho, not much new design (still thinking about those damn Bi-level cassette... i want pics damnit lol)

looks like plastic blocks mounted to a flat wood deck for a concave effect.
one way to save money and time on machined wood skates...

the concave grips look better. just go to http://wake.com.au/modules.php?name=Boards and u can see all the 05 liquid force stuff and the obrian stuff including boots.

yea they look kinda sketchy..... its kinda like LF isnt even trying to make good boards. does anyone remember the slick skate decks? where it was wood and the bottom ply was plastic and the plastic kept seperating from the wood, theres a reason they dont make slicks anymore.

rukusrider103, Im liking the graphics, they look different that this years, I hope they delt with the delm problems, kevin henshaw said they fixed it

Schmaltz, it kinda looks like LF made a wannabe copy of one of your logo's, and I can see exactly where you are coming from man, your shizzle is so much better.

ya leave it to the company's that cant think up their own graphics so they have to go steal and ruin other's. Those decks look like garbage, just think what Hyperlite is gonna have, I'm really not lookin forward to any future skate line from Hyperlite or Liquid Force, I would be very happy for them to say, we are going to stick with wakeboards, and let wakeskating go. But since Paul has formed a corporate empire which will sell probably 10 products to every other company's 1, thanx to a lot of newbs buying a gate skate it has a 3.6" rocker so there for you must jump higher than everyone else and land so many more tricks on it. Seriously IF YOU WORK AT HYPERLITE AND YOU ARE READING THIS, CANCEL THE SKATE LINE!!! LIQUID FORCE SHOULD DO THE SAME!!!

volcom_wakeboarder, as long as byerly and gruub continue to ride for them then they will always make skates, But when it becomes something that does not turn a profit they will move on, maybe water blades??????
