back 1 grabs

i've got back 1's and back 3's in/out, but i've been trying to grab my back 1s and it seems that every time i do it i hold it too long and land toe heavy and eat shizzle. any help?

when i do them i suck my back leg up to my butt and straighten out my front leg, sort of like a back 180 poke but it doesnt look good. That way it's easy to grab.

Cyclone268, you dont pass the handle. for you it would be in your right hand and as your grabbing let's say indy during the backside 180 rotation with your left hand you're still holding onto the handle with right. when you land your right arm will be behind your back and you're riding in switch stance

easiest way for me, especially on i/o, is land blind, then pass the handle

i think that's the hardest thing for me. i pass the handle early on all my back 1's so landing wrapped feels weird for me. i'm gonna try them some more this weekend. thanks for all the help guys. Very Happy
