shuve it to kickflip

saw it once on "useless wooden toys" askateboard video of about 10 years old: doin your shuve it on your way up and your kickflip just before going down

anyone know how its called and knows if its done or tried on a wakeskate?
would be the sickest trick!!!!!!!!!!!

i dunno wat thad be called but thatd be sweet. itd be hard cuz there isnt that much time in the air unless u did it w2w.

yea thats so oldschool, i think i have heard that being called an underflip. At least thats what everyone called it at my school when there was the "old school phase" and everyone would try tricks like that.

i love the skateboard trick when they do the late shuvit. its soo sweet. they go about 5 feet in the air, then on theyre way down they throw the shuvit.

That's just a shuv-it to a late kickflip, and it is does look sweet as hell thats for sure, I think Kerry Getz does like a kickflip to late shuvit in "Jump off a building" on this pyramid. It looks really rad too. A kickflip underflip is different than that, I think Rodney Mullen is the one best known for doing those. You do a kickflip and in midair catch the base of your deck with your toe and spin it back around like a reverse kickflip. It's insane.

then whats an underflip. It has to be a kickflip late shuvit cause it defitately insn't a kickflip spun half way and then reversed, thats kickflip rewind.

Ive always known an under flip as a kick flip then flipped back the other way. Just type in Google or something "Skateboarding Under Flip" and it will come up with something.

Hey retard, listen to what I said! A kickflip underflip is a FULL Kickflip and then a FULL reverse kickflip. What you are talking about, a kickflip rewind, is HALF a kickflip and then HALF a reverse kickflip. Get it?

stussy, if u would watch the video, u can tell it does a whole kickflip. in his post with the link, he calls that an underflip, not too hard

k im not the bad guy here and who said that the video is wrong that it isn't an underflip. It probably is but i never once said i was right. wakesk8ordie seems to think he told me that an underflip was a full kickflip and a full reverse kickflip in his previous post, which he didn't. Thats all i was defending in my last post, if you read this whole thread, you will see that there was no need for wakesk8ordie to go ape shizzle on me.

how did i say that i was right and he was wrong, that was more of a suggestion. cuz i all i knew was that a kickflip rewind was a kickflip and then it was "rewinded" so i thought thats what it was. i still never said i was right, or did i say i was wrong, thats what a forum is about, everyone giving what they think, if it wasn't like that then nobody would post.
