i cant really give you any advice......saying that you do the splits doesnt give me an idea of what you're doing and i've only landed two in my whole life Smash

but what helped me was going like .5 mph faster and flicking it instead of mobbing it.....thats all i got

i get all the way around land and then just split i cant get my backfoot on just need some tips

download the frontside flip file engineered by andrew reynolds, then put it on your flash drive and upload that into your shoes, once you hop on that board you'll stick it first try.

thats what i would do anyway. just saves time Smash

985wakeskater985, Best thing I know is to film your self and then watch it frame by frame, see what your body is doing and what it should do. Then think about it as mush as possible. Go through the movements in mind over and over. Then go ride next chance you get.

just get a good pop and wait a little bit to throw the flip but make sure you throw it right under you and land on your toes

the fs flip is an amazing trick cause u get to witness the madness first hand.

the learning curve seems to be getting the flip but under rotating the 180 and slipping out heels.

pop the 180 and then flip the board. catch the board at the peak and try and land with your head over your toes and reach out with your hand for balance and ride that joker out......... switch!
