So im not very good with bike problems help me out with this.
Whenever I pedal aggressively there is a clicking noise and more importantly you can feel it in the pedals. The chain is pretty taught so its not because of slack. And the back tire came assembled on the bike so I would assume it was put on right.
Could it just be the aluminum crank settling in? I had an older bike that had a similar problem but a lot worse and whenever I'd go to hard on that one the chain would pop off.

It would be awesome if that was it, but it feels bigger than that. How bad was the clicking with your pedals?
Oh and p.s. I got to put the bike to the test today. I had to run a tape to some high ranking people (they were investigating a cma violation to see who was at fault.) Its just under 3 miles down the flightline from the tower to the building they were at. I made it there in around 9 minutes(slight uphill and against Mojave winds) and I made it back in under 8. I love my new bike!
(I also love pretending to be a bike courier, its much cooler than being an air traffic controller :p)

LeJalapeno, hey i think what your describing might be as simple as greasing your crankset
or its loose
so take it to your local shop and have them regrease your crankset and while they have it make them do your head stem
and lastly it could be loose spokes or just a loose chain

POPTART, loose crank. Thanks for the help! I can't wait for it to cool down here, I wanna start going on some longer rides.

Here's a recent one I did. Weinmann DP18's and I've added a brake lever and cable and got a better seat.

Poptart, will do.
The commandant of the test pilot school saw my bike today and invited me out riding with him and some buddies. He rides a road bike and sometimes a fixed. Should be cool, always good thing to have friends in high places.
