Nice! just curious tho why only run a rear brake?
Everyone I see runs fixed + front.
Or if they have a rear they have a front.

I run both fixed. Crazy chicago cabbies, and wet days. I want all the stopping power possible(without carelessly ruining back tires)

it was wet this am so slapped the rear removable fender on to keep the back dry

my new Hold Fast Straps FRS(footretentionsystem) and ANIMAL pedals...love the setup

i plan to get a front brake and rip this one off

Mr. Top Hat, weird, i bet you can just unmount it and cut the cable down and slap it on the front

and the hold fast straps are awesome
made trackstands and skidding so easy

i have to change my gears up if i want to start skid stopping as a brake < bc right now i would only get one spot on the tire

but i dont trust myself around the crazy city drivers to only have one way of stopping

POPTART, those holdfasts are really decent! might be getting those for my next setup. and your lady's bike is quite neck turner too!

bachlonso, yeah she has been loving it

Im getting used to the holdfast system. They are super comfy.

Also I did this....took a gopro 3m adhiesive and stuck it to my cellphone case so its removable with a hair dryer (better than super glue or drilling)
downloaded a bike computer app
instead of buying one
now i can use my gps, spedo, and everything else ...loving it

You can get your route info , avg speeds, it counts out your breaks, graphs your speeds, gives you speed in Knots if you so desire

unfortunately no, I had it inside the park , in between some friends bikes (also not locked) with my camera bag on it (gopro and slr inside). they just took my bike
left my bag with more camera $ than i had in my bike

i think someone who know the other kids with bikes(bc they wouldnt take their friends) watched me and waited until i turned my back

and i knew a lot of the kids there

so almost everyone at the park knows its gone and will keep a look out

just sucks
i was careless and trusting and got F'd
