the board usually ends up nose diving or something terribly wrong

| edge out with your front hand on the handle, make sure your arm is in. take a nice easy edge, flaten off for about 2-3 sec then bring both hands on the handle then take your front hand off. scoop the board around spot your landing and boom shockalaca!!! |

| i did a switch front big on accident today although i slipped out. i i/o 180'd was trying to do a switch 180 back around and spun a big spin, i couldn't do it again if i tried. |

| pop like you would a fs 180 and just as you leave the water flick the board forward like a fs shuv. if you slide it or pop to much the board will not stay under you. |

the thing that helped me when i was learning them was to widen my feet. like put your back foot all the way in the back and them your front foot on or above the bolts
