two a days

two a days are officially the worst thing ever invented. i just got done with my first practice. Last friday my coach's words were "dont even bother bringing your spikes to practice monday morning, just bring running shoes". This morning was so bad, everyone was puking getting all dizzy, falling over and all that good stuff. We had to literally sprint a mile and a half, a full on sprint, as hard as you possibly can. Then we had to run another lap. I am so tired right now. i could barely even walk up to my house. haha Ima go lay in my pool. Then go back at 3 to run some more.

Anyone else start two a days today?

i dont have 2 a days but i have cross country and our coach dropped us off in the middle of NOWHERE on steep steep hills and said meet me at the van. we had to run like 6 miles and he would drive next to us and tell us to go faster

941_swampweed, haha he is seriously the biggest idiot. hes like 6 foot 6 and goofy as hell. he always stumlbes over his words in meetings. we laugh at it all the time.

i couldnt even imagine two a days for xcrountry, screw that! you guys are nuts. how skinny are you? the kids at my school are like 6 feet and 95 lbs. for wrestling practice we have to run with you guys. it sucks.

i played up until senior year and instead of going to two a days i went to Mt. Hood for a couple days, drove around Oregon for a couple more days just skating, then after school started i went wakeskating instead of football practice. it was the best decision ever.

No two a days for meh as a sophomore. Dont have em this year for some reason. But it doesnt matter anyways our sophomore coaches are INSANE, im bringing aspirin and 5 gallons of gatorade to our first practice.

Calskater23, i wouldnt dout it the first one was crazy hard and then the coach was mad so the second one was probably twice as hard Crazy Eyes

Tell me about it. You hear about the scandle with Rush getting fired? There was a lot of stuff going down that shouldn't have been.
